About us

Meet the humans who
put the strength in your numbers.

Our story

We’re leading the charge for better analytics & doing it with pizzazz.

Since 2009, we’ve been helping SEOs strike more of those elusive ‘Eureka!’ moments and having fun along the way.

More of our story
Our mission? To upgrade the SEO game.

In a data-saturated world, one in which search engines increasingly remove access to valuable insights, we exist to break through the noise and give SEOs back their power.

To do that, we push the limits of SERP tracking. Made of more than just ranks, each SERP we collect is a veritable treasure trove of consumer research and competitive intel. And with powerful analytics in play, we’re unlocking oodles of new insight — helping SEOs understand their unique search landscape and spot golden opportunities.

As for what floats our boat: Re-writing the book on what it means to be an enterprise SEO and software company. Free of venture capital, we’re captains of our own ship. We have clients who are more than first mates, a crew we’d walk the plank for, and we’ll take office dogs over shoulder-parrots any day.

STAT stats

ONE group outing to Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling.

250 team lunches so far. (Beer count not available.)

4,500 naked people covered by our famous STAT t-shirts.

1,125 mission-critical cups of coffee downed every month.

Culture

We’re into tricky challenges, great collaborations, and st00pid GIFs.

To do amazing things, you have to take a few risks. Make a few mistakes. And sometimes use a few choice swear words.

Our values? We’ve got a whole lotta love for these fine things.

Craft
We take pride in our work, and that's an understatement. We're consumed by every line of code, every comma, every client interaction.
boat
Harmony
Our individuality makes us who we are, but like a majestic heavy metal orchestra, our best work is done together.
boat
Ambition & adventure
To the STAT-mobile! When we reach an obstacle, we tackle it. We'd rather be told to slow down than speed up, because resting on our laurels is not our jam.
heart
Empathy
We tease because we love, but we are always excellent to one another. We seek to understand others' strengths, weaknesses, and quirks.

Leadership
There’s no such thing as “that’s not my job.” We challenge every assumption. Ask every question. And instill confidence by having a voice.
scale
Selflessness
We give our time freely because others come first. We aim to make a positive impact in every one of our communities, near and far.

Levity
We’re pun connoisseurs who let our freak flags fly when crunching numbers, words, and code. If we're not having fun, please send GIFs.

Community

Spreading the love to our Railtown family, and beyond

We do more than park our bums in our seats. We’re part of something greater than ourselves. And to make this fam jam a success, we’ve all got to pitch in.

Some of the fine folks we've supported this past year.

“The Canadian Red Cross helps families displaced by wildfires. We have family in the Okanagan and know how scary summer can be.”
