New features and a whole new help desk are just a few of the things we’ve been working on over the last few months.
Summer in Vancouver is short and sweet, so most of us try to squeeze every last drop of sunshine out of the season while we have the chance.
That said, we’ve still been working hard to release some awesome new features and upgrades. Here’s a look at what we’ve done recently:
Ranking distribution charts
Earlier this month we gave people a brand new way to see the distribution of their rankings from 1 to 100 on the SERP. You can read more about it here.
Tagging and tag views
In July and August, we released a totally new tagging interface. The goal was to make it easier and more intuitive for people to take full advantage of this powerful tool for segmenting keywords into insight-generating sets.
As part of this change, we also introduced “tag views”—a simple way to visually group sets of tags based on a common theme. This makes it quicker than ever to view and report on exactly the keywords that you need.
Simpler alerts
In August, we released a new, simplified interface for setting up automated alerting based on a variety of different metrics. Our users have always relied on alerts to notify them of important changes in their metrics—now they can do it that much easier.
New Help & Support Centre
In June, we released a new Help & Support Centre, with an exhaustive inventory of how-to articles covering every feature in STAT. We’ve also made it easier than ever for our customers to get in touch with us if they need additional support.
Those are just some of the great things we accomplished this past summer, and we have many more surprises coming up in the next few months! Be sure to keep your eye on the STAT Codex and this blog for details on new features and improvements as they happen!
Happy optimizing,
The STAT Team
